Convert an amount supplied by your veterinarian using the exact concentration on the pharmacy label. This tool does not select a dose, mixing instructions, or a treatment for your pet.

Peptide amount and concentration

Enter positive decimal numbers using a decimal point. Use the same single ingredient for both entries. Total vial weight, blend totals, pen clicks, and syringe “units” are not a concentration.

Volume = amount ÷ concentration, using matching mass units. Confirm the result and measuring device with your veterinarian or pharmacist. No entries are saved or sent.

Use the pharmacy label

Enter the amount your veterinarian supplied and choose its unit. Then enter the current concentration of that same ingredient from the pharmacy label. A vial total in mg is not a concentration in mg/mL. Do not estimate a concentration from how much liquid you think was added.

What the calculation means

There are 1,000 micrograms (mcg or µg) in one milligram (mg). Once the mass units match, divide the amount by the concentration to obtain milliliters (mL). This calculator displays approximately ten significant digits for arithmetic transparency, not device precision.

What it cannot determine

The tool does not select a dose, species, route, frequency, diluent, reconstitution method, syringe marking, pen clicks, or treatment. It does not calculate doses for blends or infer an amount from your pet’s weight. An ingredient name alone does not establish whether a product is appropriate.

Why units matter
